Please read carefully before mailing a return.
To begin processing your return, email us at hello@milarakids.com with your Order #. Please confirm you meet the eligibility requirements noted below.
Refunds
We do not make any refunds, only provide exchanges or store credit.
Return Window
Our return policy lasts 14 days after the order has been delivered. If the 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange or store credit.
Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items. Due to hygiene and seasonality, hair accessories, socks/tights, underwear, seasonal clearance, holiday items
- We only change one time the same invoice (no exception).

Return Shipping
- Milara Kids will offer prepaid return label
- $8.95 return label will deducted from refund / store credit amount
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Liability
Once we provide the tracking number, Milara is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience during transit. We are not liable once the carrier issues proof of delivery. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping liability rests solely with the selected carrier. Any claims regarding the status or condition of the package must be submitted directly to the carrier using the tracking number.
